Setting 6 recordings in set up

When I try to sort it so 6 programmes at once can be recorded , the option isn't there ? Went into settings, set up and nothing there . Please help 🙏

hi @Minimandy

The option is only available on the main box so are you looking there ?

If you can you check which box you have

Home - Settings - System Info - Hardware Version

If it is 32Cxxx then you have an older 1TB non-UHD Box - this can only record 3 programmes

If it is 32B0xxx then you have a (V1) UHD but non HDR 2TB Box
If it is 32B1xxx then you have a (V2) UHD HDR 2TB Box (which has a separate Power supply)
If it is 32B2xxx then you have a (V3) UHD HDR 1TB or 2TB Box

If your box is one of the latter & you still can't set on the main box then may I suggest you trya restart your main SKY Q box :

Use the remote to place it into standby mode
Then remove the power to it (either switch off at mains or remove the power plug)
Wait at least 30s
Then re-apply the power & wait for it to fully restart - this may take a few minutes.
