Good morning I've just received a text requesting me to send my old sky box back ,due to my illnesses I weren't able to do this till the 27/11/2023 which was yesterday ,the parcel should be with you either today or within the next few days,sorry for any inconvenience but I've been home bound for weeks ,kindest regards Miss V Lambe

You’re not talking to Sky Customer Services on here. This forum is where customers try to help other customers.

Just keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely. Post back on this thread shoukd Sky chase you for its return. (Returns are currently taking 2+ weeks to process).
