Have a similar problem. Only had it fitted yesterday and today the message 'Please insert the viewing card with chip facing up' has appeared. When I push it in it just springs out. No luck trying to speak to a person about it either. As a work around my sky q box is wedged against the side of my TV unit, which is holding the card in place.
