    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same issue. When i log out of Netflix on sky box i can't amend the username to login to a different Netflix account. Is there a solution?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was using a relatives Netflix who no longer has the package so I have now &amp;nbsp;signed up to HD and have Netflix included. How do I change this on my sky Q and set up an new account as does not seem an option to log out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also am not sure how to activate my new included Netflix as have had no confirmation email etc.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I've tried logging out &amp;amp; rebooting my Sky Q box twice but my Netflix app still appears to be connected to my daughter's account, does it take some time?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Do you get any errors or anytghing odd happen when you choose Sign Out in the help menu?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No, it logs out but then if I go back into it, I'm logged in again. I had also lost access to Netflix but now it's back again, most bizarre. I'll get my daughter to check that she has access later! It's been ridiculous to sort out, I spoke to 2 different people at Sky today &amp;amp; neither could help!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
