I'm after an additional sky q mini box for another bedroom, I was told I could purchase 1 for £50 by an advisor from sky but at the time Internet wasn't set up.

Hi @Gavin21

Just to be clear you cannot purchase a mini as all Q boxes are rented to you.

The £50 upfront charge is for activation and all Q boxes including minis must be returned to Sky at the end of your Q subscription.

Okay thank you, so how can I talk to someone who can help me with the process of getting one as the robot is hopeless
