I've fixed mine, there was no satellite signal, unlocked, 0 signal, 0 quality, wideband LNB, sky box restart didn't fix it (tried 3 times) removed LNB cable waited 2 mins, unplugged sky box, screwed LNB cables back in, started sky box and now working with 70 signal and 90 quality.

BTW, it would be a first if a bad connection to a TV caused 2 TVs not to work. @Sarah112 does the box turn on and show green light? Also if it's sky q and the main box doesn't work the other box won't as the other box gets it's stream from the main box via a network connection to it.
