Hi I now have a message on my BBC one channel about the upgrade, however I have a sky Q box and pay for HD?

The message appears on the SD version of BBC1, not BBC1 HD.

Hi Yes and it appears my channel 101 is an SD version but I have all the upgrades for HD?

If you are referring to the message regarding the end of SD channel broadcast and the 'free' upgrade to A, that is being carried on all BBC SD channels, which suggests you were either watching such a channel live or had inadvertently recorded from one.

Hi Yes, I am watching Channel 101. But how can my sky version of BBC 1 be an SD version when I have Sky Q and the HD package?

It might be worth rebooting your main Sky Q box and seeing if the HD channel reverts back to 101.

~ Using the remote put your main Sky Q box into standby
~ switch the box off at the plug
~ wait at least 30 seconds and then switch the box back on at the plug
~ follow the on screen instructions
~ when the screen goes blank and the blue Q stops pulsating wait another 30 seconds
~ press the 🏠 button
