    <description>&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;My sky Q box has lost its internet connection and I cannot get it to reconnect to my sky wifi. It was previously connected and the router and wifi is fine and showing good strength and other devices are connected ok. &amp;nbsp;I have tried all troubleshooting advice on the the sky help page and reading through posts on forums. Very frustrating as been down for 4 days now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Worth trying a router and Q reboot. Turn router on first&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have escalated anyway. Watch out for a blue hubble.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Reset the router using the button on the back of the router, this is not the same as powering it on and off. Then do a scan for networks on your Q box and your WiFi network should now show.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
