&lt;P&gt;To what channel are you referring?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;First check that you are not trying to Download or view HD or UHD content without the Q HD or UHD Subscription pack.&lt;BR /&gt;The Sky Q Sports pack and BT Sport if you subscribe through Sky are in HD as Standard.&lt;BR /&gt;Sky Cinema if you subscribe is also in HD.&lt;BR /&gt;Sky Signature includes BoxSets and Entertainment channels only in SD as standard.&lt;BR /&gt;Only free to air channels such as BBC, ITV etc are in HD. The Q HD pack is required for all other Sky Signature HD content, including Catch Up in HD, On Demand in HD and BoxSets in HD&lt;BR /&gt;If you do not have the Optional HD pack you need to change the Download to SD in All Formats (as HD is the default setting). &lt;BR /&gt;So that you do not need to do this every time it’s best to change your Download preference to SD in Home - Settings - Setup - Preferences.&lt;BR /&gt;This needs to done on the main Q box.&lt;BR /&gt;Then if you want to download any HD content from free to air channels (BBCHD ,ITVHD etc) you can select HD in the All formats tab of the content . This will change the format for that particular download only but still leave your format to SD in preferences.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I used to pay for 2nd room box on sky HD+ but this&amp;nbsp; is not now working on the mini box. Main sky Q box is fine and i should also have my one mini box working.&amp;nbsp; I ca only think the new viewing card does not have mini box activated?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just had a Sky Engineer visit and he simply phoned up Sky and got a new signal sent down to my home box. All seems to work now. For such a simple fix....one phone call.... There is so much faffing around with trying downloads and reboots etc..... , one simple phone call fixed it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

After speaking to a Sky agent, To get your Sky mini boxes back up and running, I had to completely reset one Minibox with the following steps:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reset the settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Press the &lt;STRONG&gt;Home&lt;/STRONG&gt; button on your Sky Q remote, highlight &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt; then press &lt;STRONG&gt;0,0,1&lt;/STRONG&gt; and &lt;STRONG&gt;Select.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Select &lt;STRONG&gt;Reset&lt;/STRONG&gt;, then &lt;STRONG&gt;Reset settings&lt;/STRONG&gt; and select &lt;STRONG&gt;Confirm.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Wait for the on-screen instructions to disappear then press the standby button on the front of your Sky Q box, instead of the Home button on your Sky Q remote.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Once it reboots, you may need to re connect your Sky Q remote, you can do this by:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Press and hold &lt;STRONG&gt;1&lt;/STRONG&gt; and &lt;STRONG&gt;3&lt;/STRONG&gt; together for 2 seconds, a red light should flash twice on your remote, then follow on screen instructions.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your sky Q minibox should reconnect to your Sky Q main box as normal, along with all your channels again. Any other Miniboxes you have should then reconnect automatically again also.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
