Missing all apps apart from peacock on sky q box

All apps apart from peacock are missing from sky q. Read all the advice from others who have had the same issue and still not come back after reboot

Please can someone help

May I suggest you check/follow all the steps on this link (skipping any that are OK):
Software/Apps Update

BTW The current Version of the Software is either Q022 or more likely Q023 - either should be OK currently

The refresh of apps detailed can take time to happen

Hi @CG25

First check that the Q box (and minis if you have any) is on the latest version

Q230.000.................

Home - settings - System info - Highlght Software version.
Any Q box (including minis) may require a manual software update at times.
However bear if mind that when you select Setup (in Setting - System info - Software version) the message received will always be update this box with the latest software even if the box is already on the latest version.
Updating when already on the latest version achieves nothing and the box software is not refreshed.
All Q boxes and minis should be on the same software version.

Thanks for replying unfortunately I am on version Q230.00 already so there is no update to be made

Have you tried the refresh apps detailed further in the link I posted ?

(although as noted it may take time to work)

I have refreshed the apps and unfortunately 24 hours later they are still not back.

Is there anything else I can do please
