Volume Control not working on SkyQ remote

My volume control has stopped workoing on my SkyQ remote. All the other controls are working. I've tried resetting the control but it makes no difference.

Have you configured it to your make/model of TV?

I've sought to do that but it doesn't work and then says my TV is not supported. It's worked fine since set up a couple of years back.

Hi Laing1 - It's a Samsung QE65Q65TAU - maybe 3 years old but it's not in the list shown on Sky.

@Chris218 when you are trying find your model have you tried find it for me then tried all of the options that appears

Hi again Laing1 - yes, I've tried that but it then says my TV is not supported - of course it was working fine until last night.

@Chris218 so when you do find it for me none of the 8 options work ?

Hi, yes none of the options work. I've now spoken to Sky and they are sending a new control.
