If that's the case Sky will assume that you had kept the viewing card from your old box., There isn't a quicker way of receiving one I'm afraid. Second call to Sky today and all they can do is request another one be sent out with another wait of 3-5 working days.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Is there no quicker/more secure way of obtaining a card?
