&lt;P&gt;I presume you are a previous Sky Q customer who has recently returned. If that's the case Sky will assume that you had kept the viewing card from your old box., There isn't a quicker way of receiving one I'm afraid. I believe they are sent out via Royal Mail.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Anyone else had issues receiving their viewing card from Sky?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We've had Q in for over a week now but haven't been able to use it at all because we haven't received a viewing card. Second call to Sky today and all they can do is request another one be sent out with another wait of 3-5 working days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there no quicker/more secure way of obtaining a card? The whole thing seems utterly absurd when the boxes turn up the next day no problem&lt;/P&gt;</description>
