Sky remote ok button not working

My Sky remote "OK" button suddently stopped working. tried to change the batteries then home button stopped working as well, tried all different buttons to reset and still not working, please help....

BTW @Movieguru of you have an Ipad or iphone you may be able to use a virtual remote via the SKY Go app whilst you wait (unfortunately it is not yet available on Android devices)
