As @oldfella indicates, almost all Q boxes use an IEC C7 'figure-eight' plug, widely available in assorted lengths.

The exception is the v2 main Q box which uses a proprietary round multipin connection into its rear panel together with a dedicated external transformer block: these are available online but can be expensive. To replace one of those at no cost you'd need to log a fault with Sky, and potentially get the whole box swapped out.
