topic Picture fading in Sky Q

Picture fading

Hi, when I first turn on Sky picture is fine but fades after a few seconds so I can barely see it. Netflix and apps all OK.

I've turned it off at the wall, checked cables are secure, been into setting but not sure which I need, doesn't seem to be anything relating to brightness..

That doesn't sound like Sky+, where you've posted.

Sky Q? Or Sky Stream/Glass?

Many thanks for your time but think I've sorted it now, the back-light was on high? Looks OK now, thanks again
