If it's a main Q box then all you need to do is screw in the two satellite cables (which come in through the wall and connect outdoors to the satellite dish) and then connect the HDMI cable from the box to your TV. Connect the power cable, turn on and wait for it to initialise.

If this was a doorstep courier swap for a faulty box, you did remember to remove your viewing card from the old box didn't you? If you did then make sure you insert it into the new box before you power it on.

Hi @Neelam78 Just checking that this is not a new install. New Sky Q boxes are delivered by the installer. Some people confuse the delivery of a Sky Broadband Router with a TV box.
