      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had an overdue payment. I've now paid this, to reinstate the service and paid the amount requested, also set up a payment plan. On app showing no block on services now but actual TV saying i need to upgrade to access everything. Help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
