Sky Cinema Upgrade Offer

Hi all, hope you are all well.

I've just renegotiated my Sky package.

On my Sky app, and Sky.com there is an offer for Sky Cinema at £8 per month.

Try as I might I cannot get this offer added to my account. The offer on the app says it's a Digital Exclusive too, so I'm not sure ringing up will help.

Can anybody or maybe an administrator help?

Decided to ring up.

Not eligible apparently, because my TV package is Essentials and to get Cinema offer of £8 I need Signature. The extra cost to do this pushed price over my max allowance.

No mention of that requirement on either Sky app or Sky.com.

Would've saved me time and effort if it had been, plus all you good folks who took time to read my initial post.

Yes to get any add ons you need the minimum base 'entertainment' package - currently Signature

BTW If you had mentioned that you only had the essentials package initially, we probably could have saved you time by advising this when you first posted
