Each time I enter the WiFi password, the box loses it again within minutes and I have to keep reentering it

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.
We try to help with issues. Perhaps you could answer the following.

Who is your Broadband Supplier?
How far is your Q box from your router?

Hello,

I am having the same problem

connecting to the Sky router itself using the WPS push button method.
connecting to a WAP entering the passcode.
and connecting to a wireless repeater!

all of the above methods result in a drop in connection...

does anyone have a fix?
