I have received a letter stating i can upgrade to a SKY Q TV Box for no extra cost.

I would like to book an installation

This is a Sky Stream/Glass forum. For Sky+ to Sky Q upgrades you'll need to telephone Sky. We are just fellow customers on here and have no access to your account.

There should be a dedicated phone number in that letter you need to ring.
