      <description>&lt;P&gt;My main Sky Q box is not working - I cannot access recordings and it will not connect to my mini boxes. It will not allow pause or rewind.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it is showing as a hard drive failure&lt;/P&gt;</description>
