Disney plus app not working on my mini boxes

I have a main q box and 2 mini boxes. Both of the mini boxes won't play anything on Disney plus. Disney plus opens and loads, I can see all the available shows, but when I press play the screen goes dark and a wheel in the middle of the page just spins.. Nothing happens. Other apps, Netflix etc all work OK. Other boxes all work OK. I have updated the software on all boxes, disconnected and reconnected everything. Refreshed the apps..

What else can I do?

Hey guys I have the same issue. Was this resolved ? I get the apps up on the mini box however it just spins around without playing the selected show.

works on the main box without issue

Still not sorted again same as u apps work fine on main box but every time I try to watch a Disney plus program just swerls around in the middle and doesn't load... I've tried rebooting main box and doing update and the same with mini boxes and nothing has worked. If I ever get it sorted I will let you know what they did.

Check the mini box has all the latest software updates. That fixed it for me
