Hi received a letter saying you are up grading me to a sky Q TV box please let me know when you can do this .

You'll need to call the dedicated 0333 number shown in the letter. You can't book anything via the forum I'm afraid.

You'd need to contact Sky for that. This is a forum of other customers...

@blake6 Note that switching to Sky Q is optional (for the time being at least) despite the tone of the letter.
