I don't want HD as it's a waste of money in my opinion. I want to download only in SD how can I do this as HD seems to be the default download😡😡😡

You will notice the poor picture quality. Try:
Main Menu > Settings > Setup > Preferences

To cancel the HD add-on you'll have to contact Sky.
