Replaced remote now not finding TV

I have had to get a new remote for Sky Q. Previous remote was able to adjust sound on the TV.

Now with the new remote it says it can't find the TV or that it's not supported. Been through all 22 options.
Don't understand how the previous remote found the TV but the new one doesn't
