Hi basically it's to update my mother-in-law sky and change it to sky Q ,but spoke on chat previously .she hasn't got online for her details

It would be best for your MIL to call Sky to arrange and therefore possibly get the best available discounts. Unless you are authorised to talk to Sky on her behalf she will need to call in order to pass the security questions. By all means you can be present to assist her if that's the issue.
