      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, have been using Netflix through Sky for a good while without issue, although bizarrely it seems to default to Spanish.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, I've gone to watch it this evening and it says too many users are logged in and to sign out of one of the two devices listed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are not logged in anywhere else and do not recognise the listed devices.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can anyone else help please?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You need to log into your account via an internet browser and change your password&lt;/P&gt;</description>
