Mini box not working

Sky mini box, display on tv is showing picture of box and information saying.To get started press middle button with dot on remote control, have tried two remotes nothing is happening

Hi @Blackoaks

First of all reset your remote to infrared mode.

You can do this by pressing and holding 7 & 9 together on the Mini remote until it's LED flashes 4 times.

Then make sure that you are pointing the remote when you press the middle button on the remote.

You should then be asked to press the WPS button on the main Q box.

Once you get the mini working re pair the mini remote.

Make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.
