i am returning sky q

The sky team have asked for 3 mini boxes and a main box

I was sent 2 mini boxes and a booster and a main box.

I am retruning those but need to clarify that this error is rectified as I do not want to be charged.

Also there are 2 return labels and they are different - I dont know which one to use?

You can use either label as the equipment goes to the same place so make sure when sending it off you get and keep proof of posting and don't throw it away when Sky says they have the equipment.

You could phone them about the 2/3 issue.
