Can watch program live but skyQ won’t record

Hi I've tried to record The Gilded age on sky Atlantic on sky Q. I've got access to channel and can watch it Live but the recording "Fails" saying subscription required. Any idea why?

@11Rolo are you by any chance watching Slky Atlantic SD channel, but trying to record Sky Atlantic HD channel without the HD add-on?

Hi tha could be the issue I "series linked " from the "Too picks" on the Home Screen I have access to channel 108 so if there is another channel then that is the reason . Many thanks for replying
