&lt;P&gt;To do this open Netflix and go to the left hand menu.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Scroll down to the bottom and then scroll right and select&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Get help.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;On the Next screen there is an option to reload Netflix&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
