topic PIN not resetting in Sky Q

PIN not resetting

I don't know my PIN.

I have Reset it by following Sky's instructions in "My Sky" and "reset PIN" - I had to add the last 4 digits of my bank account and then enter the new PIN.

IT STILL DOES NOT UPDATE NOR ACCEPT MY PIN.

Can someone please help
