If a main Q box was sent to you rather than arriving with an installer, that typically indicates you are a returning customer and Sky assumes you retained the previous card.

Thanks that would appear to be the case, after 3 years chance of having card pretty remote lol

Yes: it's a weird feature of the Sky logistics system which we have drawn to their attention before.

Unfortunately you'll need to contact them directly and order a new card.

That's the original card. Have not changed cards.
