No paramount+ or discovery+ on replacement q mini

Had a faulty 2tb and mini box replaced today, the q box has all the apps the mini is missing discovery+ and paramount+. Ive redownloaded the software to the q box rebooted the q and mini box but the mini box just says this app isnt available for both apps

Hi @david21181

First thing to check is that both main Q box and mini is on the same software version.

However bear if mind that when you select Setup (in Setting - System info - Software version) the message received will always be update this box with the latest software even if the box is already on the latest version.

Updating when already on the latest version achieves nothing and the box software is not refreshed.

All Q boxes and minis should be on the same software version
