why are sky taking so long to sort netflix loading isdue out as i have tried everything

sky has massive issue with netflix and getting to load. as a customer all i have been getting is months of hit and miss days of when i can open up.netflix app on sky q

and sky cant tell me how long before they sort out issue there end.

Q is in use in millions of households, a large percentage of which will have Netflix.

There's been no significant volume of posts here that might suggest there's a widespread issue.
