Sky Q minibox keeps losing connection

Hi,

My Sky Q minibox started losing connection a few months ago, I did all the resetting over the phone and an engineer came out and cleared some signals. This hasnt fixed the issue though and sometimes it will connect but then lose connection after 10 minutes. Is it the minibox that needs replacing?
