&lt;P&gt;You need to make sure you are using the same email &amp;amp; password as used for Netflix on SKY Q&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To check the email address you used :&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;On the SKy Q App&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;open Netflix&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Press Left Arrow to activate the Left hand Menu&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Scoll down to bottom line &amp;amp; then Tab accross to&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;EM&gt;? Get Help&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;amp; Select&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Against the Member entry it lists the Account Email for the account&lt;/P&gt;</description>
