Sky mini blank screen

Sky mini stuck on orange. Pulled power and it booted up and pressed home when tv went blank as instructed and it returns to being stuck on orange with black tv screen. Main box working fine.

I tried resetting remote by pressing 7 and 9, etc

any help appreciated.
