      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm a fairly new Sky broadband &amp;amp; tv customer, and not a very happy one. I have a Sky puck connected to the tv, but the tv is going blank several times a day. Gives me the message that the programme is loading, or theres no internet connection. Everything is connected correctly - why won't it work? Used to be with Virgin and this never happened.
