    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have downloaded Brassic on Sky Max and when I try to watch it I get a message saying "content you have selected is unable to be played on this device"&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it's on my main Sky Q box I'm set to 2160p 8-bit. My account is showing I have ultra HD. Any ideas folk ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Is it possible that the version you have downloaded is UHD/HDR ?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;HDR needs 10 bit 2160p to watch&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If it is the HDR version you have downloaded then you might have to delete it first&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Then go to the list of episodes and go to th eone you want and scroll down you should an option called All Formats - Select this &amp;amp; then scroll down to the UHD version rather than the UHD/HDR version&lt;/P&gt;</description>
