    <description>&lt;P&gt;I originally had Netflix seperately to Sky and paid for the multi household as have a teenager in the house. When they updated to ulitmate, Netflix obviously moved to Sky. However I can no longer access Netflix on other devices in the household. I have ulltra HD that states I should be able to access from 4? The email address linked to Netflix app on sky is an email address I do not know so cannot activate multi household that way? Any advise? I would like yo be able to watch it on my surface without being in front of the TV and allow the kid to get their profile back.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can you access Netflix (say online) using the details that you had when Netflix billed you separately from Sky?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I switched from Netflix to Sky the actual login details remained the same (Sky just took over the billing)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If so you should be able to use those details on Sky Q and any other device/app. The unknown email is a bit odd however.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
