Over the last week my Sky Q Mini Box upstairs keeps losing connection with the Sky Q box below

My sky q mini box upstairs keeps losing connection with the Sky Q box in the room below. This has just been in the last few weeks. I keep having to reset the connection which is frustrating. Can anyone suggest a permanent solution to stop this happening? Thank you

Have you moved either Sky boxes in that time? Have you moved a wireless telephone nearer either box? If so, move them back. You may find that a Sky booster (free on request to Sky) might resolve your problem.

Thanks for your reply. No, we've not moved anything. We do have a Sky booster, but finding it difficult to connect to our BT hub.
