One or twice every week, our Sky Q box will say it's "Searching for Listings" in the programme guide. If I turn the box off and back on again, it will sort itself out after 5 minutes or so. A real nuisance if it's in the middle of recording something though.

Our house doesn't like WiFi, so the box is connected via ethernet to our fibre broadband router (non Sky). At the time it's having the problem there is no issue with our internet and the status shows as ok in the "Setting/Status" menu.

It didn't do this when we first got the Sky Q box (4 years ago) but only started in the last 6 months or so. Is this a common problem? Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

Thanks
