We presume you mean your Sky Q remote, not your TV remote. It might be quicker to purchase a new one from a retailer / main supermarket. If you do that as well you’ll always have a spare.

If you are stuck completely without your remote if you open your Sky Go App on an Apple device you can use a virtual Q remote.

Must be iPad or iPhone.

You will find it under Settings - Devices on the Sky Go App
