I cannot watch recorded programs as the warning covers some of the screen

Hi @Mary-Ryle I assume you mean something like SD is ending. That is because you have recorded the SD version and it is telling you to use the HD version because SD is being turned off. The solution, record BBC HD and not BBC. (SD)

Make sure you set recordings from the HD channel - some people have noticed that if they set via the SKY go app it defaults to the SD channel that gets this warning (as it will cease early in the new year)
