@Jeremy3 Freeview is delivered through your TV aerial and Sky are not the people to contact for support.

Sky will only deal with Satellite TV issues.

@Jeremy3 if you mean via your Sky box, which do you have - Sky Q, Sky+, Sky Stream? And what error message are you seeing?

@Jeremy3 Sky don't broadcast freeview, do you main channel such as BBC & ITV, which channels are missing exactly on the Sky Q EPG?

On Sky Glass, there is a back-up Freeview/Saorview connection.

As the OP posted on the Sky Q board we had to assume they have Sky Q which they've confirmed.
