Had Sky Q installed recently and all working great. Gone to use the TV in the bedroom which is independent of Sky and used to work from the house TV aerial and it says there is no reception and to scan channels, when I do this it says no channels available but it worked fine before. Can only watch TV through iplayer, any ideas how to sort??

Did you have a SkyHD box before and was the aerial connected to it then through the house coaxial cabling to your tv?

You'll need to find where the aerial cable is and reconnect directly to your upstairs tv.

If you had Sky+ before Sky Q there's a fair chance the aerial connection used to run through the back of the Sky+ box, and is now disconnected behind the Q box. Finding and linking the cable ends (or cable to socket) should resolve the issue.

As far as I recall the Sky+HD box had two RF outs therefore it was possible to feed two TV's.

If this is your issue @Graham19670 you will need a simple Aerial booster to connect your Terrestrial TV aerial to multiple outputs.

Something like the following
