&lt;P&gt;I would suspect that's very likely. Did you keep your viewing card from your previous Sky Q box because Sky will be hoping you did? If you didn't, make sure you arrange a new card as well.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Returning to SkyQ from Stream</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So me and my mother switched to Sky Stream a month ago and it's not going as well as planned, some FTA content added to playlist require Sky Cinema or Disney+ and it's been a massive headache.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My question is my mother has very bad mental health and an engineer would aggitate that, and we already have the dish, wideband LNB and cabling from a month ago when we had SkyQ.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If we requested to go back whats the likelyhood they'd be able to ship a SkyQ back and I just hook it up again?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;</description>
