      <title>Sky Q Mini - box constantly loses network connection</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, my Sky Q Mini box constantly loses network connection and when it does get a connection it operates very poorly with about &amp;nbsp;20 second delay trying to find a tv channel and won't show any recordings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's worked without problem for over a year now so I don't believe it's a connectivity issue. &amp;nbsp;I've rebooted all equipment several times (inc. broadband router) and have reactivated the Sky Q box multiple times using the main Sky Q box as well as the mini box.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I assume we're needing a replacement mini box, can someone at Sky provide some assistance please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
