      <title>Sky Q upgrade subscription error message</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have Sky Q installed and when I try to watch a program from the beginning after missing the start I get an error message to upgrade subscription.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also can't seem to download all films from Sky Cinema on demand when I'm paying for Sky Cinema, and I find that if I try to use Buy and Keep from sky store I also get an error message that I can't make the purchase.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Can anyone help me with these issues?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
